What the Customer Needed

The warehouse was storing thousands of decorative urns that had cracked after arriving from overseas and were no longer usable. The customer needed the damaged inventory removed so the space could be put back to work.

How We Handled It

Warehouse access was extremely tight and the trailer barely fit through the opening, but we were able to position it, load the damaged inventory efficiently, and keep the entire cleanout to one full trailer load.

How It Turned Out

The unusable inventory was removed and disposed of, leaving the warehouse with the space it needed for incoming replacement stock.

A Commercial Warehouse Cleanout in Englewood

This Englewood commercial cleanout was a little different from the typical furniture, office equipment, or construction debris job.

The customer had thousands of decorative urns stored in the warehouse. The inventory had come from overseas and cracked after arriving in Colorado’s dry climate. They were still beautiful pieces, but they were no longer usable and were taking up space the business needed for new stock.

Making Tight Warehouse Access Work

The biggest logistical challenge was simply getting the equipment where it needed to go. The trailer barely fit through the warehouse opening, but we were able to get it positioned and make the space work.

From there, we loaded the damaged urn inventory efficiently and managed to fit the entire cleanout into one full trailer load.

Clearing Space for New Inventory

Once the damaged inventory was removed and disposed of, the warehouse had usable floor space again and the customer could bring in replacement stock.

For commercial customers, that is often the real goal of a warehouse cleanout: get obsolete, damaged, or unwanted material out of the way quickly so valuable business space can go back to producing value.
