Simple 4-Step Process

1

Choose Your Size

Tell us what you're working on and whether a 20-yard or 30-yard container makes the most sense. We'll confirm the posted price, material type, and placement details.

2

We Coordinate Delivery

Next-day delivery is usually available when booked by 3:30 PM. Deliveries are routed throughout the day, typically between 7 AM and 7 PM, and we can coordinate placement instructions ahead of time.

3

Load on Your Schedule

Keep the container for up to 14 days and load it as your project moves. Keep materials below the top rail and stay within the approved material and weight limits.

4

We Coordinate Pickup

When you're finished, contact Mountain Goat and we'll coordinate pickup, hauling, and final disposal.

Two Dumpster Sizes. No Guesswork.

We are keeping this deliberately simple: two useful sizes, a clear rental period, and a generous weight allowance.

20-yard roll-off — $449
Up to 14 days with up to 4 tons included.

30-yard roll-off — $499
Up to 14 days with up to 5 tons included.

If you are close between the two, the 30-yard is usually the smarter buy. For $50 more, you get 50% more container volume and another ton of included weight.

A Local Point of Contact, Commercial Hauling Behind It

Mountain Goat Junk Co. is your local point of contact for booking, pricing, scheduling, and support. The roll-off container itself is supplied, delivered, and hauled by Waste Connections through Mountain Goat’s commercial relationship with them.

That setup gives you straightforward local service while the container logistics are handled by an established hauler. You call Mountain Goat; we coordinate the rest.

Which Size Is Right for Your Project?

20-Yard Roll-Off

A 20-yard container is a good fit for moderate renovation projects, property turnovers, garage or basement cleanouts, roofing and construction debris that has been approved for the container, and jobs where you want useful capacity without taking up more space than necessary.

30-Yard Roll-Off

A 30-yard container is better for bigger remodels, whole-home cleanouts, larger construction projects, commercial cleanouts, and bulky material. If you have room for it and think the project may grow, the extra capacity is usually worth the $50 step up.

Need the Labor Too?

A roll-off is the best fit when you have people ready to load it. If you would rather point at the junk and have us do the lifting, our full-service junk removal and construction debris removal options include the labor.

Smaller Project? Use Our DIY Dumpster Trailer

For smaller projects, tight driveways, strict-HOA neighborhoods, or homes where driveway placement helps avoid putting a roll-off in the street, our DIY Dumpster Trailer may be a better fit. It is a lower-profile 15-yard option with partial-load pricing. If capacity, weight allowance, or rental time matters more, stick with the roll-off.

Dumpster Rental Across Denver Metro

We coordinate roll-off rentals throughout our service area, including Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Centennial, Castle Pines, and surrounding Denver Metro communities. Delivery availability can vary by location, so call or text if you are outside the core area.

HOA & Community Dumpster Days

Planning a neighborhood cleanup instead of a project dumpster? Our HOA & Community Dumpster Days package the same 20- and 30-yard roll-offs into a Friday-to-Monday community event—or you can choose a staffed 30-yard cleanup with two crew members and same-day haul-away.

Contractors & Property Managers

Need dumpsters regularly instead of once? We can coordinate recurring roll-offs and project-based service for contractors, builders, property managers, HOAs, and commercial customers. Call or text 303-565-7408 and tell us what the job needs.

Frequently Asked

How much does a roll-off dumpster cost?

Our posted pricing is $449 for a 20-yard roll-off with up to 14 days and 4 tons included, or $499 for a 30-yard roll-off with up to 14 days and 5 tons included. Extra weight, extra days, special materials, extra trips, unusual access, or out-of-area service can add cost, and we'll confirm those charges before booking.

How quickly can the dumpster be delivered?

Next-day delivery is usually available when booked by 3:30 PM, subject to availability. Deliveries are routed throughout the day and typically arrive sometime between 7 AM and 7 PM, so we can’t guarantee a specific arrival time. In most cases, we can coordinate placement instructions ahead of time so you don’t have to wait onsite for the truck.

Should I get the 20-yard or the 30-yard?

The 20-yard is a strong fit for medium cleanouts, remodels, and projects where space is tighter. The 30-yard gives you 50% more volume and one additional ton of included weight for only $50 more, so it is usually the better value when you have the room and expect a larger project.

Who actually delivers and hauls the dumpster?

Mountain Goat Junk Co. handles your booking, pricing, scheduling, and customer service. The roll-off container itself is supplied, delivered, and hauled by Waste Connections through Mountain Goat's commercial relationship with them.

Why book the dumpster through Mountain Goat?

You get one local point of contact for pricing, scheduling, and support while the container logistics are handled by an established commercial hauler. We keep the process simple and coordinate the moving parts for you.

Do I need a permit for a roll-off dumpster?

If the container can be placed on private property such as a driveway, you may avoid the street-occupancy permit issue entirely. If it needs to sit in a public street or right-of-way, permit and placement rules vary by municipality. Tell us where you want it placed when you book so we can flag any obvious access or placement concerns.

Can I keep the dumpster longer than 14 days?

Often, yes. Extensions depend on availability and the project. Contact us before your included rental period ends and we'll quote any additional rental time before extending it.

What items cost extra or require special handling?

Tires, paint and paint products, oils and automotive fluids, TVs and other large electronics, and refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, or other refrigerant-containing appliances can often be handled for an additional charge. Tell us about these items before delivery so we can confirm the fee and handling method. Do not place them in the dumpster unless we specifically approve it. Biohazard or medical waste, asbestos, hazardous chemicals, and other regulated materials are prohibited.

Can I put concrete, dirt, brick, or other heavy material in it?

Not without checking with us first. Dense materials can exceed safe hauling weights long before a container is full, so they may require a different container, fill limit, or pricing structure. Tell us what you're loading when you book.

Do you offer contractor or recurring dumpster pricing?

Yes, we can quote recurring and project-based roll-off needs for contractors, builders, property managers, and other commercial customers. Call or text 303-565-7408 with the project details.
